You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Cancel

• Call our customer service hotline or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled in transit, but you may refuse delivery or request an exchange upon arrival.
